Thank you for your continued business. On February 9, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) revised the examination criteria related to the Radio Law. Previously, Japanese vessels were restricted from using Starlink Maritime outside their territorial waters, this amendment changes the criteria. Accordingly, an amendment to the license to use Starlink Maritime was applied on February 14, allowing Japanese vessels to use Starlink Maritime's services outside of their territories.
