Thank you for your continued support. We are pleased to announce the introduction of AI-powered functionality to our SMS document management system, MDCS-Cloud. MDCS-Cloud is a cloud-based system that enables companies to centrally register, manage, and access their SMS manuals. With our new AI feature, the system will automatically learn from the SMS documents registered in MDCS-Cloud and respond to questions from crew members and users. Users can ask questions in a chat-based interface using natural language. In addition to English, AI will also support multiple other major languages. Please refer to the attached usage image for an example of how this feature will be used. No special procedures are required to enable AI learning. Simply continue registering your documents on MDCS-Cloud as usual, and AI will automatically learn your company’s SMS documentation. When documents are revised, added, or withdrawn, AI will also update its knowledge accordingly. With AI support, both onboard crew and shore-based staff will be able to access relevant SMS information more quickly and efficiently. We believe this enhancement will significantly support and improve SMS operations across organizations.
